新型内循环流化床导流筒顶构件研究

摘    要:以空气-水-炭粒三相体系为研究对象,在常温常压下通过改变进气量,用溶氧仪、电导率仪等测定了装有新型导流筒顶构件的内循环流化床的气液传质特性、筒外循环液速、混合时间等数据.研究发现随着顶构件内角的减小,床体的混合时间逐渐减小,循环液速和传质系数逐渐变大;随着顶构件腿长变短和斜边长变长,床体的传质系数和循环液速先逐渐增大而后减小,混合时间则先减小而后增大.

Abstract:With three-phase fluidized system of air, water and charcoal as research object,the mass transfer coefficient, liquid circulation velocity and liquid mixing time of the internal circulation three-phase fluidized bed which was installed with new roof components on the top of draft-tube were measured with oxygen meter, and conductivity meter and by variation of the gas flowrate under ambient temperature and atmospheric pressure. The experiment results showed that the liquid mixing time gradually decreased and the mass transfer coefficient, liquid circulation velocity gradually became greater along with decrease of the roof components angle. With the shorter legs of roof components and longer length of hypotenuse, the mass transfer coefficient and liquid circulation velocity rose and then gradually declined, and liquid mixing time was increase after the first decrease.
