托普索S-300氨合成塔内件工艺原理及安装

摘    要:新疆库尔勒塔里木大化肥项目合成氨设计生产能力45万t/a,采用丹麦托普索公司S-300径向合成氨生产工艺,是目前国内单套生产能力最大的化肥装置之一。简要介绍了该装置合成氨反应的核心设备氨合成塔R-501内件的结构形式及工艺原理,并说明了内件的安装方法。

Abstract:Korla,Xinjiang Tarim fertilizer project design annual production capacity of 450 000 tons of ammonia,using Topsoe S-300 radial flow ammonia production process,is currently domestic one of the largest fertilizer plant production capacity of a single set.The reaction of ammonia core devices R-501 inner components in the form of the structure and process principle and describes installation method were described.
