基于PLC-OP的汽车空调压缩机测试系统

针对汽车空调压缩机测试中存在的测试项目不连续、测试周期长、人为影响大等缺点，设计了一套汽车空调压缩机自动测试系统。该系统基于西门子SIMATIC S7-300PLC和OP170B，能够自动完成各项性能测试。介绍了该系统的工艺设计、控制流程、硬件配置和软件编程。实践证明，该系统提高了测试速度，保证了测试精度，满足设计要求。

The Auto Air - Condition Compressor Checking System Based on PLC - OP

To overcome the problems in the checking of auto air-condition compressor, such as uncontinuous process, long period, notable artifical effect and so on, we design an auto air-condition compressor checking system. This system, using SIEMENS SIMATIC S7-300 PLC and OP170B, can complete all checking items automatically. This paper presents the main characters of this system including equipments, control flow, hardware design and software programming. Practice has proved that this system can improve the checking rate remarkably and guarantee the checking accuracy so that it fulfills the design requirement.
