不溶性氧化淀粉黄原酸酯及其对重金属离子的吸附

摘    要:在碱性条件下.以环氧氯丙烷为交联剂与绿色可再生的淀粉进行交联反应,然后与二硫化碳进行黄原酸化反应.得到不溶性淀粉黄原酸酯.最后用双氧水进行氧化而制得不溶性氧化淀粉黄原酸酯(IOSX)。研究了IOSX用量。吸附时间,pH,初始浓度,不同重金属离子对实际吸附效果的影响,以及吸附剂的再生情况。得出对于30mL,10mg/L的重金属离子溶液,IOSX用量为0.1g,pH=6,吸附时间为1.5h为最适吸附条件,对铜离子的吸附容量Q铜离子=1.221mg/g。吸附符合langrnuir吸附等温式。我们把IOSX应用在工业废水处理中,使重金属离子含量有了大幅度下降。

Abstract:The insoluble starch xanthate (ISX) has been prepared by reacting cross-linked starch and carbon disulfide in alkaline medium. The reacting cross-linked starch has been prepared by starch and epichlorohydrin in alkaline conditions, and then oxides by Hν20ν2. The effects, such as IOSX usage, the initial pH, adsorption time, metal ion, and revitalization of the IOSX were studied. The results showed that the for 30 mL, 10 mol/L heavy metal ion solution, the optimal adsorption condition is: using of IOSX 0.1 g, pH=6, adsorption time 1.5 h. The adsorption capacity to Cu^2+ is 1.221 mg/g. The adsorption observes langmuir isothermal style. Application of IOSX in industrial wastewater treatment, make heavy metal ion content drop substantially.
