采用Aspen数据库软件对醋酸回收工艺进行模拟，建立醋酸精馏的稳态模型，对精馏塔的操作温度、热负荷、回流量、产品质量等操作变量进行分析，为旧塔改造和生产实际提供理论依据，通过投产后的对比分析，模拟值与操作值基本吻合。

The Application of Aspen Plus Software on Acetic Acid Distillation Column

We used Aspen software to simulate the recovery process of acetic acid and establish the distillation steady-state model of the acetic acid. The analysis of the operating temperature, heat load, the return flow, product quality and other operating variables of the distillation column provided a theoretical basis for the transformation of the old tower and the practical production. According to the commissioning comparative analysis, the simulation values are basically consistent with the oPerating values.
