磷酸铁锂的合成方法和掺杂改性技术

摘    要:磷酸铁锂是一种锂离子电池的正极材料,具有比容量大,成本低和资源丰富的特点。本文介绍了锂离子电池正极材料磷酸铁锂的合成方法和改性技术。制备方法中重点讲述了固相合成法中的草酸亚铁铁源合成法和三氧化二铁铁源碳热还原合成法。改性技术中主要论述了碳包覆技术及金属离子掺杂改性技术。通过对比,综合了各改性方式的优缺点,指出了现阶段在磷酸铁锂合成和制备技术中存在的问题,并对磷酸铁锂材料的未来发展做了一些展望。

Abstract:Lithium iron phosphate is a cathode material for lithium-ion battery. It has high specific energy capacity and its raw materials is cheap and plentiful. In this paper, the synthesis methods and modification techniques of LiFePO4 are reviewed. For the various synthesis methods, importance is put on the solid state reaction methods which use ferrous oxalate as iron source or use Fe2O3 as iron source. For the modification techniques, detailed progress in carbon coating techniques and various metal ions doping techniques are presented. By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the synthesis methods and modification technique, the problems in existing LiFePO4 production process are pointed. At last, the prospects for LiFePO4 cathode materials are discussed.
