摘    要:从S418黑根霉,蓝色犁头霉,蓝色犁头霉D1、D2、D5,新月弯孢霉X1、X2和雅致小克银汉霉8种菌株中筛选出能高效转化生产C11β-羟基-16α,17α-环氧孕酮的菌株-雅致小克银汉霉,并经低能氮离子注入诱变,获得一株性能稳定的银汉霉突变株,在28℃下摇瓶发酵22h,48h后投料,C11β-羟基-16α,17α-环氧孕酮的转化率达到5.8%,比最初的转化率提高30%。

Abstract:To breed microbial strain for C11β--hydroxylation of steroid, Cunningamella elegans was selected as an original strain from eight strains for induced mutagenesis, which including Rhizopus nigricans, Absidia coerulea, A bsidia coerulea (D1, D2 and D5), Curvularidunata (X1 and X2) and Cunningamella elegans. The original induced strain was treated by low-energy nitrogen ion implantation mutagenesis and one strain of highly positive mutation was obtained. With 22 h fermentation at 28℃, the conversion rate of C11β-hydroxylation reaching 5.8%, enhanced by 30% compared with the initial of 4.6%.
