精制狗皮膏挥发性成分的提取及其GC—MS分析

摘    要:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取精制狗皮膏的挥发性成分.用气相色谱-质谱(GC—MS)联用技术分离和鉴定了提取的挥发性成分。并用峰面积归-化法测定了各纽分的相对百分含量。从精制狗皮膏中分离出76个组分,鉴定了其中59个化合物,占总峰面积的92.70%。其主要成分是樟脑(36.35%)、薄荷脑(21.43%)、水杨酸甲酯(15.95%)、长叶烯(7.94%)、右松酯醛(2.71%)、石竹烯(1.77%)、西柏烯(1.24%)等。该法为精制狗皮膏气相色谱指纹图谱的研究及其质量控制提供了依据。

Abstract:The volatile components from Refining Cream dogskin were extraeted by steam distillation method. GC-MS technology was applied to isolate and identify the extracted volatile components. Peak area normalization method was used to determine the relative content of each component. 76 components were separated from Refining Cream dogskin and 59 compounds were identified, accounting for 92.70% of total peak area. The main components were Camphor (36.35%), Menthol (21.43%), Methyl Salicylate (15.95%), Longifolene (7.94%), Cryptopinone(2.71%), Caryophyllene (1.77%) and Cembrene (1.24%). The proposed method could provide useful information for the basic study on gas chromatography fingerprint and the quality evaluation of Refining Cream dogskin.
