磷酸根离子对氯氧镁水泥水化物稳定性的影响

摘    要:通过XRD分析的方法,探讨了磷酸根离子对氯氧镁水泥水化物的影响,研究表明,在氯氧镁水泥浆中加入磷酸,可以大大提高相应水化物在水中的稳定性。磷酸的这种作用是通过其在水泥浆液相中离解出来的磷酸根离子与Mg^2 离子配位,降低了水化物形成和稳定存在所需的最低Mg^2 离子浓度而获得的。

Abstract:The effect of the phosphate anion on the stabilization of hydrate in magnesium oxychloride cement(MOC) was investigated by the method of XRD. The results indicate that the addition of phosphoric acid to magnesium oxychloride cement pastes can greatly improve the stability of hydration products in the water. It is concluded that the improvement of the stability could be attributed to the coordination between the phosphate anion produced by ionization of phosphoric acid and Mg 2+ ion, which makes the lowest concentration of Mg 2+ ion required by the stable existence and the formation of the MOC hydrate be greatly decreased.
