低压挤压砾石充填防砂工艺技术的先导性试验

摘    要:管内低压挤压砾石充填防砂工艺以皮碗胶筒封隔器密封筛套环形空间,以低粘度溶液为携砂液,采用合适的携砂比,通过低压挤压在筛套环形空间,弹孔,近井地带充填一定粒度的砾石控制油井出砂,确保油井正常稳定生产,延长检泵周期,提高油井生产时率,该技术在东辛油田6口井进行了先导性试验,施工成功率100%,有效率100%,6个月累积增油16312.7t。

Abstract:The rubber packer with leather cup seals screen pot annular space, low-viscosity solution is sand laden fluid and proper sand-carrying ratio is used in internal casing low-pressure gravel squeeze packing sand control technology. Packing gravel with certain grain size into screen pot annular space, bullet hole and near wellbore zone controls sand flow to ensure well normal stable production, prolong pump-repair cycle and enhance production time ratio. The pilot test of this technology is carried out in six wells of Dongxin oilfield, construction successful ratio and effectiveness are 100%, cumulative oil increment in six months is 16312.7t.
