摘    要:介绍PSA制氮技术及其交联电缆生产线中的应用。利用氧和氮在碳分子筛细孔扩散系数的差异,以变压吸附的方法由空气中制氮,经检测表明,氮气符合GB3864工业用氮的技术要求,用于交联电缆生产中的加热介质,可提高交联电缆产品质量,投资省,自动化程度高

Abstract:Pressure sewing adsorption(PSA) technology for N2 preparation and its application to the production line of crosslinked cable are introduced.N2 was prepared from the air by means of PSA technology based on the diffusivity difference of O2 and N2 prepared could meet the requirement of industry application(GB3864),and when used as heating medium in the production of the cable,the product quality was improved,with less investment and high level of automation.
