霍尔元件在超声波电动机定位控制中的应用

摘    要:针对超声波电动机断电自锁、控制响应快等优点,提出了一种以霍尔元件为电机转子位置检测器、基于DSP控制的超声波电动机步进定位控制系统:系统具有结构简单、精度高和运行可靠等优点,实验结果表明方案可行。

Abstract:Compared with traditional motor the ultrasonic motor had many advantages,such as self-lock when lost of power and quick response to control.Considering with these an ultrasonic motor's position control system based on DSP technology was presented in this paper.Hall device was used as motor's position detector in this system.The experiment results also proved that this system was feasible.The system had features of simple structure,high precision and working credibly.
