| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了一种新型转矩转速测量仪器，该仪器使用PIC18F458单片机对电磁式转矩传感器的输出信号进行处理，实现对转矩转速的测量。重点描述了该仪器的电路结构和工作原理，给出了软件程序流程和样机的实验结果。实践证明该仪器具有结构简单、性能稳定、抗干扰能力强、精度高等特点。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces a new kind of torque & rotational speed measuring instrument, which uses PIC18F458 of Microchip Technology Ltd. as MCU to process the signals come out from the electromagnetic torque sensor in order to measure the torque and the rotational speed. It mainly presents the schematic diagram and operating principles, and also gives the software process flow chart and the experimental data of the sample machine. The performances of this instrument have been proved by experiment that it possesses features of simple structure, high stability, strong anti-interference ability, high accuracy, etc. |
