纺织基伤口清创材料的纤维抽拔力研究

摘    要:为研究纺织基伤口清创材料的结构参数与纤维抽拔力的关系,选择6种不同绒密和底布纱线股数的试样。采用拆解法测定每种试样的单位质量、含绒量和底布质量;采用图像处理技术测定每种试样底布的未充满系数和孔隙率;测试每种试样的纤维抽拔力。结果表明:纺织基伤口清创材料的纤维抽拔力与绒密、底布纱线股数都有一定的相关性。底布纱线股数相同时,绒密越高则纤维抽拔力越大;绒密相同时,底布纱线股数越多则纤维抽拔力越大。

Abstract:In order to research the relationship between structural parameters and fiber pulling-out force of textile materials for wound debridement , six kinds of samples with different pile densities and number of ground yarns 'plies were selected .Dismantling method was used to test the unit mass , the weight of pile and ground fabric .Image processing technology was used to test the unfilled coefficient and the porosity of these samples .And the fiber pulling-out forces of each sample was tested.The results showed that , the fiber pulling-out force had significant correlations with the pile density and the number of ground yarns 'plies.When the number of ground yarns 'plies was the same , the greater the pile density , the higher the fiber pulling-out force .And when the pile density was the same, the more the number of ground yarns'plies, the greater the fiber pulling-out force.
