聚乙二醇在调温纺织品中最佳配比的研究

摘    要:取两种不同聚乙二醇按不同摩尔分数比复合,再通过施罗德公式计算所得相变复合材料的相变温度,并通过理论体系组图找出最低共熔点的摩尔分数比;再根据所得摩尔分数比进行不同聚乙二醇的复合,利用DSC曲线确定不同聚乙二醇复合的最佳摩尔分数比。此法能有效缩减复合试验次数,快速找出满足人体舒适度要求的相变复合材料的最佳摩尔分数比。

Abstract:Two kinds of different polyethylene glycols ( PEGs) were selected and recombined ac-cording to different molar ratio.And then transition temperatures of phase-change compound materi-als were calculated with Schroeder formula, and molar ratios at the lowest eutectic point were ob-tained with theoretical system diagram.Finally, different PEGs were recombined with the molar rati-os obtained, and the best molar ratios for different PEGs’ recombination could be determined with DSC curve.This method could effectively reduce the number of compound experiments, and quickly find out the optimum molar ratio of phase change compound materials to meet the requirements of human body’ s comfort.
