一种新型的管道封堵器

开发的新型管道封堵器由中心管、气囊、活塞、弹簧、夹板、护板、内接头、外接头、连接板和楔键等组成。该封堵器采用专用的送进机构送入管道,适用于管道维修作业中暂时封堵已卸压的管段。与现有用于油气输送管道维修的封堵设备不同的是,该封堵器不仅能实现双向自解封,适用于管道双向封堵,而且可承受0.1MPa的油气封堵压差,在施工期间可有效地防止油气漏失到动火区域,确保施工安全。

A newly developed pipeline plug

A newly developed pipeline plug is composed of a central pipe, balloon, piston, spring, clamp, backplate, inside and outside joints, connecting plate and a wedge key. A special unit is used for delivering the plug into pipeline, it is appropriate for temporarily blocked and pressure-released pipe section in pipeline repair operation. The difference from the plug equipment available for oil and gas transmission pipeline is that the plug can not only be used for double automatic plugging removal and double plugging, but also can bear 0.1 MPa plug pressure difference and effectively prevent oil and gas leaking into the fire area, thus to ensure the safety of operation.
