高能气体压裂中压挡液柱运动解析模型研究

摘    要:针对目前在高能气体压裂设计中,不能定量描述压挡液柱运动规律的问题,通过对高能药爆燃瞬间高压作用液柱物理过程进行分析,分别建立了在应力波传到液面前和传到液面后的液柱底面运动规律解析模型,该模型不仅考虑了爆燃应力对液柱的宏观作用,也考虑了爆燃瞬间内的应力波对液柱的冲击压缩作用,可定量描述不同液柱高度、不同性质液体在不同加载条件下的运动规律,且计算简单,对提高高能气体压裂设计的精确性和成功率具有指导意义。

Abstract:Based on the un-quantification of the piezoresistive liquid column movement in the process of HEGF, the analytical model of the law of movement before and after the stress wave spreading to the liquid column surface was established separately by analyzing the physical process of high energy gas acting on the liquid column. Both the macroscopic effect of deflagration stress to liquid column and the microscopic shock compress effect of stress wave to the liquid column are considered in the analytical model. And using the model the law of liquid column movement with different height and different property in various loading rates can be quantitative calculated simply. The study efforts present an important assisting value to the accuracy and success proportion of the HEGF design.
