新型抗菌聚乙烯塑料制备及性能研究

摘    要:采用熔融共混法制备得到具有负离子释放功能的低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)/稀土复合矿粉(Eli)、LDPE/Eli/吡啶硫铜锌(ZPT)(LDPE/Eli/ZPT)两种LDPE抗茵塑料.通过对其结晶行为、抗菌性能及抗菌持久性系统研究表明:Eli的加入对LDPE有异相成核作用;Eli用量为1份时,LDPE/Eli复合材料负离子释放量为790 ions/co,与公园中负离子释放量相当,抗菌率达到45%以上;ZPT用量为0.15份时,LDPE/Eli/ZPT复合体系对大肠杆菌(E. coli)抗菌率达到98.21%,对金黄色葡萄球菌(S. aureus)抗菌率达到96.15%,经过30天的水洗后,其抗菌率仍能保持82.14%(E coli)和81.25%(S.aureus).

Abstract:A new kind of antibacterial and anion-released polyethylene composite was prepared by use of Eli and N-oxide-2-mercaptopyridine zinc salt(ZPT) as antibacterial and anion-releasing agents. The crystallization behavior, antibac-terial property and sustaining antibacterial property of the composites were investigated systemically. The results indicated that the addition of Eli into LDPE will result in increasing the crystallization rate of LDPE. The LDPE/Eli composites con-tained with 1phr Eli could release 790 ions/co, which was equivalent to the amount of anion in nature, and the antibacterial rate could reach 45%. For LDPE/Eli/ZPT composites containing 0. 15 phr of ZPT, the antibacterial rate were 98. 21% (for E. coli), and 96. 15% (for S. aureus), the sustaining bactericidal rate were 82. 14% (for E. coli) and 81. 25% (for S. aureus) after washing with water in 30 days.
