摘    要:描述了电能量采集与负荷管理系统在供电企业工作中的应用,阐述了该系统运用多线程并发技术、独立采集网技术方案、分布式多层架构设计等技术以及模块化设计思想,实现了对电能量遥测采集系统、负荷管理系统、配变监测计量系统、低压集抄系统的电能量数据进行采集、统计、分析和管理的各项功能,并具体应用到供电企业市场营销分析的实际工作中,为市场营销分析提供准确、实时、全面的数据支撑,进一步提高了供电企业市场营销分析的工作效率和质量,为实现供电企业的经济效益提供了有效的保证。

Abstract:This paper has reviewed the application of electric energy data acquisition and load management system in the operation of power supply companies,and elaborated the technologies employed in the systems including multiple thread,independent data acquisition network,distributed multi-layered architecture and modularization design.Various functions have been realized including the acquisition,calculation,analysis and management of electric energy data in electric energy remote metering system,load management system,monitoring and measurement system of distribution transformer as well as low voltage meter reading system,which have been applied to the marketing analysis of power supply companies.It would provide accurate,real-time and comprehensive data support for marketing analysis,further improve its working efficiency and quality,and guarantee the economic effectiveness of power supply companies.
