喷淋式钢管淬火装置水循环优化设计探讨

摘    要:对喷淋式钢管淬火装置水循环系统进行优化,将淬火时间、间歇时间内的排水进行独立设计,不但达到了节能降耗的效果,而且在一定程度上降低了工程投资以及生产运行成本。根据工程设计经验,介绍了优化后的内喷回水系统、外淋回水系统、铁皮坑及泵站的设计方案及思路。

Abstract:In order to optimize the circulating water system of the water spray steel pipe quenching device,the drainage system of the spray quenching device is designed with separate water drainage at quenching time and pause time,which not only achieves the effects of saving energy and reducing consumption,but also reduces the project investment and operating costs of production to a certain extent. The design scheme and ideas for the inner spraying water return system,outer spraying water return system,iron oxide pit and pump station after optimizing the circulating water system based on experiences in engineering design are described.
