摘    要:为给机组运行人员提供操作依据,从而提高机组的经济运行水平,开发了火电厂热经济性在线监测系统。介绍了火电机组热经济性在线监测系统的总体结构以及一次数据提取和检验方法,并且对在线监测系统所能完成的主要功能做了简要说明;给出了本系统在某220MW机组在138MW工况附近运行时的热经济性计算结果,并对机组煤耗偏大的原因进行了分析。

Abstract:An on-line monitoring system for heat economy of fossil-fuel generation sets is developed so as to give references to operators to improve the economy operation level of units. The whole configuration of system and the methods of picking up and processing original parameters are discussed and the functions of system are also introduced. The economical performance of a 220MW unit operating on 138MW has been provided and the reasons of higher coal consumption rate have been studied.
