80%灭菌丹水分散粒剂的研究

摘    要:采用了挤压造粒的加工工艺,对80%灭菌丹水分散粒剂进行了研究,尤其对该制剂中的崩解剂和润湿分散剂进行了筛选试验,并对该制剂的润湿性、崩解性、悬浮率进行了检测,根据试验结果得到了较佳配方,并对较佳配方制成的制剂进行热贮稳定性试验和各项指标的测定,均符合水分散粒剂的技术指标要求。

Abstract:The formulation of 80% folpet water dispersible granule was studied with the method of extrusion-granulating. The article introduced the selection of the disintegrant and wetting-dispersant of the 80% folpet WDG and also examined its wetability, dispersivity and suspensibility. The good formulation was obtained according to the results. After determining its heat storage stability and other indexs, we see that it can reach the quality standard of water dispersible granule.
