| Abstract: | The concept of mass concrete is elaborated as well as its characteristics. From material requirements, mix proportion, mixers-out temperature, pumping temperature, construction, curing and other aspects the construction of mass concrete is discussed. In the end the production and prevention of cracks in mass concrete are studied in order to ensure construction quality of mass concrete. |
