摘    要:当齿轮发生点蚀故障时,振动信号中齿轮固有频率的频带能量有较大提升.根据这一特点,提出一种利用小波包分析和频带能量分解对点蚀故障进行识别的方法,并通过实验验证其有效性.

Abstract:When the gear corrosive pitting failures take place, the frequency-band energy of the natural frequencies about vibration signal has a distinct increment. According to this characteristic, a recognition method about gear corrosive pitting is proposed by using wavelet packet analysis and frequency-band energy decomposition. Through the test of the gear corrosive pitting recognition, the fedasibility of this method is verified.
