双酚A线性酚醛固化环氧树脂——固化反应动力学与固化物性能

摘    要:应用示差扫描量热仪 (DSC)技术对双酚A线性酚醛 (BPA -novolac)与溴化环氧树脂CYDB - 5 2 1A -80 (A - 80 )的固化反应进行研究 ,得到其固化反应机理及动力学方程 ;并将BPA -novolac应用于环氧树脂JE- 0 112、A - 80固化反应体系 ,比较研究了其与线性酚醛树脂、邻甲酚酚醛树脂及酸酐 (甲基四氢苯酐 )等固化剂所得固化物的性能。

Abstract:In this thesis,the curing reaction between BPA-novolac and brominized epoxy resin CYDB-521A-80 was studied by means of differential scanning calorimeter(DSC)and the kinetic equation and the curing mechanism were obtained.The properties of epoxy resins(JE-0112 and CYDB-521A-80)cured with BPA-novolac,phenol-novolac, o -cresol novolac and MeTHPa respectively were determined and compared.
