Strength Difference Analysis for Gears of the Reducer

Strength difference of gears used for the reducer has a great impact on the loading capacity and service life of the reducer.This paper figures out the safety factors of contact strength of tooth surface and bending strength of tooth root of reducers(series ZLY),establishes the model according to strength difference and analyzes with multivariate statistical analysis.It also deduces different impact that all basic parameters of the gears of the reducer play on their strength differences and finally educes corresponding results.This has some reference value on the equal strength designing of the reducer.
