TC4合金线性摩擦焊摩擦时间与变形量的关系

摘    要:用自制的XMH-160型线性摩擦焊机,试验研究了TC4钛合金线性摩擦焊的摩擦时间对摩擦变形量的影响,结果表明,其变形量随摩擦时间的增加近似呈指数关系增大。分析了出现非线性摩擦变形量的原因,以及线性摩擦焊飞边形貌的一些基本特点。

Abstract:Using the self-made XMH-160 linear friction welder, the influence of friction time on friction deforming of TC4 alloy was studied in linear friction welding. The result shows that,with the increase of the friction time,the deforming approximately presents the increase of exponential relation. The reason led to nonlinear friction deforming and the basic characteristic of the face in linear friction welding is analyzed.
