摘    要:本文介绍运用先进的分析、计算仪器与新型白酒的人工勾兑技术、感官品评相结合,由计算机部分代替人工,控制、降低酒中有害成分对消费者的伤害。在人工干预下实现计算机检测、分析、勾兑、新产品开发等目的,突破单一口感传授配方的传统观念。

Abstract:This article introduce how to control and decrease the injurious ingredients by means of using the advanced analyzer,computer and man_made blending technology for new type liquor,using the computer instead the part of artificial method,and uniting them with taste and evaluation This technology will bring out the purpose of testing,analyzing,blending and developing new product by means of using a computer under man_made intervention,and will break through the traditional idea which only depends on a master worker to dictate the formula
