摘    要:发电设备是电力工业建设的关键设备,它对整个国民经济持续、健康、高速发展起着重要作用。传统加工方法很难加工设备中的陶瓷材料,而超声波加工已被证明是加工陶瓷材料的有效方法。影响超声波加工效率的重要部件就是变幅杆,它在振动系统中主要起到放大与聚能的作用,所以也被称作超声波变速杆或超声波聚能器。在加工中为了获得较大的振幅,我们必须使变幅杆的固有频率和外激振动频率相等,使之处于共振状态。本文对变幅杆从理论上进行了设计计算,为今后进行有限元分析奠定了基础。

Theoretical Design of the Composite Horns

Abstract:Power generation equipment is the key of the electric industry construction.It plays an important role in the whole sustainable,healthy and rapid development.Those traditional processing methods are difficult to machine the ceramic material in the equipments,whereas,the ultrasonic machining has been proved to be an effective way.An important component of the ultrasonic machining is the horn,which plays the role of amplification and conglomeration,so it is known as the ultrasonic gear lever or the ultrasonic concentrator.In order to obtain larger amplitude,the frequency of the amplitude transformer must equal to the frequency of the outer vibration.The paper makes the design calculations theoretically and lays the foundation of the finite analysis in the future.
