PYB1200圆锥破碎机参数优化

摘    要:根据层压破碎的相关理论和总体平衡模型,建立了PYB1200圆锥破碎机的生产率和产品粒度的数学模型,并以生产率和产品粒度为目标函数建立了PYB1200圆锥破碎机的多目标函数优化模型。通过编制MATLAB程序对此优化模型进行计算,结果表明,PYB1200圆锥破碎机的生产率比优化前提高了14.2%,产品粒度得到改善。同时分析了主要参数对生产率和产品粒度的影响,对今后圆锥破碎机的设计具有一定的指导作用。

Abstract:According to relevant theories of laminated broken and population balance model,the productivity and product size's mathematical models of PYB1200 cone crusher were established.Then the multi-objective function optimization model of PYB1200 cone crusher was established,and the objective function is based on cone crusher model of productivity and product size.The calculation results of this model which was calculated by the MATLAB program show that PYB1200 cone crusher productivity increased by 14.2% than that was before,and the product size has improved.At the same time,the effect of the main parameters to productivity and product size has been analyzed,which has a guiding function to further cone crusher design in some degree.
