摘    要:微囊藻毒素-LR(MCLR)是强烈的肝脏肿瘤促进剂,许多国家和地区规定了饮用水中微囊藻毒素(MC)的最高浓度。常规制水工艺不能有效去除富营养化原水中的MC,导致给水厂出厂水中MC超过浓度限值,对人类健康构成潜在威胁。采用阶式生物膜反应器处理含MC的富营养化湖水,HRT为2 h时,藻类的去除率大于90%,细胞外MCLR和MCRR的去除率分别达到86.7%和81.7%以上,总MCLR和MCRR的去除率分别达到71.5%和80.5%以上。阶式生物膜反应器可用于富营养化原水的生物预处理。

Abstract:Microcystin-LR is a strong liver tumour promoter. The permissible concentration of Microcystins in drinking water is given in many countries. In some cities of this country Microcystins concentration in drinking water exceeded the utmost value because of the inefficient removal of them from eutrophic raw water by conventional water treatment processes. A cascade-biomembrane-reactor was applied to treat eutrophic lake water containing Microcystins . The results show 90 % of algae was removed within 2 hours. Meanwhile, the removal rates of extracellular Microcystin-LR, Microcystin-RR, total Microcystin-LR and total Microcystin-RR are 86.7%, 81.7%, 71.5% and 80.5% respectively. The cascade-biomembrane-reactor can be used for the biological pretreatment of eutrophic raw water.
