摘    要:采用粉末压片法制样,用 X射线荧光光谱法测定锰矿石中 Mn的含量,分析测试结果与化学法基本一致,相对标准偏差(RSD)小于2.0%(n=9).该法操作简单、快捷,能够满足矿石样品的分析要求.

Abstract:This paper describes the way of fast determination of manganese in ore by X-ray fluorescence spectrometry with pressed powder pellet. The result shows that the measurement results have an agreement well with chemical standard values.The relative standard deviation (RSD)is less than 2% (n=9).This method is simple and quick,which can meet the requirements of ore samples.
