| 摘 要： | 社会发展对会计专业毕业生的实践能力提出了更高的要求，因此，职业学校会计专业实践教学师资的配备也应与此相适应，使师资队伍的学历结构、知识结构、数量以及能力要求等方面更加合理、高效，将实践教学课程落到实处，并转化为学生实际能力的提高。
