机车车辆中螺旋弹簧刚度计算

摘    要:采用了有限元的计算方法,对螺旋弹簧的刚度进行准确的计算。结果表明,弹簧在横向载荷作用下,由于弹簧上端发生移动,使垂向载荷的作用位置随之发生变化,在弹簧两端切口的影响下,使弹簧的受力状态发生变化,弹簧的垂向刚度随载荷的变化有比较明显的变化,弹簧的横向刚度与所施加的横向载荷的方向有关。

Abstract:In the paper,by using finite element method,the coil spring stiffness was calculated accurately.The results shown that,by the action of lateral load,spring top was moved,this caused vertical load action position to change correspondingly;under the influence of notches at both ends,spring loaed condition was changed,spring vertical stiffness considerably varied as load,and spring lateral stiffness was related to the direction of applied lateral load.
