Abstract:This paper designs a fuzzy controller through mechanism analysis of system oscillation joining with frequency deviation signal caused by OPC action,using combining immune algorithm with power deviation signal to adjust the controller parameters adaptively.The entire controller has simple structure,strong stability and it is easy to be implemented in the engineer.For the incident on the 7th July,2006 in the Guiyang South Grid,the simulation is conducted by using NETOMAC based on the real network data,testing data of the field measurements,and supplement data of classic values,models of the real prime mover,governor,OPC and load of the China Southern Power Grid.The simulation results show the effectiveness of this controller.
