烤烟烟叶细胞壁物质的对比分析

摘    要:测定了我国6个省88种烤烟烟叶样品的总细胞壁物质、全纤维素、果胶质、木质素的含量。结果表明:①各地区各等级烟叶总细胞壁物质、全纤维素、果胶质和木质素含量分别在26%~35%、13%~18%、5%~9%和3.5%~7.5%范围内;②除贵州毕节的稍高,云南弥勒的偏低外,其它各产区相同等级烤烟烟叶的总细胞壁物质、全纤维素、果胶质和木质素含量的差异微小;③在品种和产地相同的条件下,烟叶总细胞壁物质、全纤维素和果胶质的含量均随等级的升高而减小,而木质素的含量随等级的升高略有升高;④不同部位烟叶的总细胞壁物质含量是下部叶的最高,中部叶最低,上部叶居中;果胶质含量随烟叶部位的升高逐渐增高,而全纤维素和木质素含量则逐渐降低;⑤相同部位不同颜色烟叶的总细胞壁物质、全纤维素、木质素含量都是柠檬黄>桔黄,果胶质含量则正好相反;⑥厚度中等烟叶的总细胞壁物质含量最低,身份稍厚的全纤维素含量最低,果胶质含量随着厚度的增加而逐渐增大,木质素含量则随着厚度的增加而逐渐减少;⑦油分多的烟叶的总细胞壁物质和全纤维素含量最低,少的最高,木质素含量随油分由多到少略有增高之势,果胶质含量与烟叶油分多少似无明显关系。

Abstract:The contents of cell wall substance,(total) cellulose,pectin and lignin in 88 samples of flue-cured(tobacco) from six provinces in China were measured. The findings were as follows: 1) the contents of cell wall substance,(total) cellulose,pectin and lignin were in the ranges of 26%-35%,13%-18%,5%-9% and 3.5%-(7.5%,) respectively;2) there were little differences of cell wall substance,total cellulose,pectin and lignin(levels) between the same grade tobacco leaves from different areas,except that the tobacco leaf from Bijie City in Guizhou Province showed slightly higher levels and the tobacco leaf from Mile County in Yunnan Province showed slightly lower levels;3) the contents of cell wall substance,total cellulose and pectin were lower in higher grade(tobacco) of the same cultivar and growing area,while the lignin content was contrary;4) the stalk positions in the(order) of the content of cell wall substance were lower leaves > upper leaves > cutters,the content of pectin(increased) and the contents of total cellulose and lignin decreased with the rise of stalk position;5) the color of leaves of the same stalk position in the order of contents of cell wall substances,total cellulose and lignin was lemon >(orange,) while for pectin,it was contrary;6) the content of cell wall substance in moderate body leaf and that of total cellulose in the leaf with thicker body were the lowest,the pectin content increased and lignin content decreased with the increase of tobacco thickness;7) the contents of cell wall substance and total cellulose in the leaves with rich oil were the least and those with poor oil were the highest,the lignin content was slightly increased with the(decrease) of leaf oil,there was no significant relationship between the pectin content and leaf oil.
