胶乳接枝插层法制备聚丙烯酸酯/蒙脱土复合乳液

摘    要:本通过胶乳接枝插层法,采用3种不同的蒙脱土制备了聚丙烯酸酯/蒙脱土复合乳液。利用X射线衍射(XRD)和透射电子显微镜(TEM)对复合物的结构进行了分析,并对复合物的热性能、力学性能、耐水性能、表面接触角及耐紫外光性能进行了研究。结果表明:蒙脱土在复合物中呈现纳米级分散,形成了插层型与剥离型共存的微观结构,但其对单体的聚合有一定阻聚作用;3种复合物的力学性能和吸水率都随蒙脱土用量的增加先升高而后下降,表面接触角随蒙脱土用量的增加而提高;耐紫外光能力有显提高。

Abstract:The title polyacrylate / montmorillonite compound emulsion has been prepared by use of three different montmorillonites through latex grafting and intercalation method. The structure of the compound emulsion is characterized by use of X-ray diffraction (XRD) and transmission electronic microscope (TEM). The thermal properties, mechanical performance, water resistance, surface contact angle, and UV stability of the compound emulsion are studied. It has shown that the montmorillonite is dispersed, at a nano scale, in emulsion, forming a microstructure of coexisting of intercalated and delaminated montmorillonite, but which will exert inhibition on the polymerization of monomers . The water absorption and mechanical properties of the three compound emulsions will increase first, then decrease with increasing of amount of montmorillonite; the surface contact angle will increase with increasing of montmorillonite; UV stability will increase as well.
