| 摘 要： | 相对于我国其它省份而言,浙江省城市等级体系不完善、发展不平衡,城市功能、结构和形态混乱等问题很突出。浙江省的地级市行政区划调整应撤销“市带县”体制、界定与规范“市辖区”的设置、建立合理的纵向区划结构体系。

| Abstract: | Compared with other provinces in China, there exist with Zhejiang Province such problems as imperfect hierarchical system,imbalanced development,confused city function,structure and arrangement.It is suggested that in the adjustment of administrative divisionof the prefecture-level cit- ies in Zhejiang Province the system of"city with counties"be abolished,the establishment of "munici- pal district"be defined and standardized and a rea- sonable vertical division structure system be established. |
