| 摘 要： | 以已知核苷为标样,利用高效液相色谱法对冬虫夏草生药及冬虫夏草无性型菌株———中国被毛孢RCEF0273发酵液中核苷类化学成分进行定量分析比较,结果表明,中国被毛孢RCEF0273发酵液中含有3种核苷标样,分别为腺苷、尿苷、鸟苷,其含量均高于对照品冬虫夏草生药。因此,RCEF0273发酵液是一个具有极大开发价值的资源,值得深入研究。

| Abstract: | Composition of nucleosides in Cordyceps Sinensis and the fermentation broth of RCEF0273 were determined by high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).The results showed that nucleosides in the fermentation broth of RCEF0273 contained mainly adenosine,uridine,guanosine.Nevertheless,the contents of the three nucleosides are many times than those in Cordyceps Sinensis.Therefore,we consider the fermentation broth of RCEF0273 a good resource for medical implication and deserve further research. |
