新疆某高硫铅锌矿浮选工艺研究

摘    要:从试样的工艺矿物学研究出发,在查明试样化学成分、矿物组成、结构构造、赋存状态和嵌布关系的基础上,依据试样性质确定浮选试验方案与工艺流程,并进行了大量的条件试验,以确定最佳的工艺参数,尔后开展了全流程闭路试验,取得了良好的分选指标,其中铅精矿品位60.01%、回收率90.35%,锌精矿品位49.15%、回收率87.08%,硫精矿品位41.15%、回收率82.55%。为合理利用国家矿产资源,提供了详实的设计依据。

Abstract:Learned from the study on Mineralogy of the samples,a large amount of condition tests have been carried out on the basis of the chemical component,mineral composition,structure,storing states and mosaic relation of the samples to determine the optimum process and technological parameters.Then,the closed circuit trial have been taken and got a better classification index.And the concentrated lead ore:Pb 60.01%,recovery of Pb 87.08%;concentrated zinc ore :Zn 49.15%,recovery of Zn 87.08%;concentrated FeS ore:S41.15%,recovery of S 82.55%.It has provided the detailed design basis for making use of country mineral resources rationally.
