压裂气井出砂机理研究

摘    要:油田上普遍使用水力压裂增产技术来提高低渗透性气藏的产量,否则,气藏便会失去商业开采价值。然而,经过压裂施工后,发现有支撑剂回流到地面,导致气井出砂严重。这不仅将造成生产设备严重损坏,而且会严重降低支撑裂缝的导流能力,引起气井产量的大幅度下降,从而减少了由增产措施所带来的经济收入。文章以长庆气田榆2 6 - 12井为例,根据岩石力学理论,采用三维压裂模拟设计软件,研究了压裂气井的出砂机理,从而为压裂气井的出砂提供了理论依据

Abstract:Propped hydraulic fracture stimulation is widely used to improve well productivity from tight, otherwise noncommercial reservoirs. However, after treating some fractures have been found to produce proppants back to surface and this can result in serious sand production. In this case, not only production facilities are severely damaged, but also the flow conductivity of the propped fracture is greatly decreased, which extensively decrease the productivity and reduce field economics from hydraulic fracture stimulation. Taking Yu 26-12 of Changqing for example, according to the rock mechanics theory, and taking advantage of 3D fracturing simulation software, this paper studied sand production mechanism of fracturing well. As a result the paper offered the theory reference to sand production of fracturing well.
