摘    要:为了实现多型号产品生产计划与调度过程的并行与信息有效集成,针对型号产品研制生产的特殊要求,提出了一种基于工作流的多型号产品生产计划与调度模型.建立了生产计划与调度过程模型、计划模型和组织模型,提出了一种基于协同理念的运行控制模型,详细描述了协同控制运行机制和相应的调度策略.利用Delphi6开发了多型号产品生产计划与调度管理系统.应用表明,该系统能够有效地提高生产计划与调度过程的监控能力,缩短型号研制生产周期.

Abstract:In order to realize the concurrent and information integration of multi-project production planning and scheduling process,according to special requirements of the project-product production,a multi-project production planning and scheduling model based on workflow was put forward. The process model,task model and organization model for the production planning and scheduling process were established. Moreover,a collaborative control model was proposed,and the overall operation process of the collaborative control and the corresponding scheduling strategies were presented. Finally,a production planning and scheduling management system was developed by Delphi 6 software. The application of the proposed system indicates that the control capability of production planning and scheduling process can be improved,and the period of production preparation can be shortened.
