| 摘 要： | 夹具作为产品的加工载体,肩负着辅助实现产品加工工艺的重任.流动夹具借助"夹具流"在车间各环节中参与了资源的协调.因此,夹具流作为价值流的一种形式,具有精益生产管理研究价值.夹具投入比,及循环次数反映了当前车间的生产管理水平.降低流动夹具的生产投入量,提高其周转循环次数,不仅能降低生产投入成本,还可以提高车间的精益生产管理水平.因此,"夹具流"的精益生产研究,既是车间生产管理研究的一项重要内容,也是提升企业的产品竞争力,提高企业经济效益的有效途径.
