基于西门子840D的信号模拟装置的设计与应用

Siemens 840D 数控系统结合Simatic 300(S7-300)经过二次开发能够实现一个全数字控制的制造设备,为确保安全性,在安装实际部件前需要设计信号模拟装置,用于模拟控制对象信号的输入、输出及调用.利用S7-300和Step7编程软件对信号模拟控制面板进行设计,模拟实现了对开关量信号的逻辑时序控制、报警信号的调用以及向远程PC机读写R参数双向通信的功能.
