| 摘 要： | 比较了凝胶渗透色谱净化(GPC)与国家标准方法(GB/T 5009.146-2008)两种样品前处理方法在分析检测小麦24种农药残留中的应用效果.结果表明:两种样品前处理方法均可较好地满足农药残留检测分析的要求;与国家标准方法相比,凝胶渗透色谱净化方法的操作自动化程度、检测的灵敏度和准确度更高,平均回收率平均高出10%以上,在同样的残留水平上能够检测出更多的农药种类.
