| 摘 要： | 介绍了一种用于管长12 m、管径φ200～550 mm的多头、变螺距精密螺纹套管加工的专用数控套车机床的工作原理、基本组成.重点分析了该机床数控径向切削进给的实现方法,以及多刀同时切削多头螺纹的技术实现,给出了工程应用实例.

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the principle and basic composition of a special CNC machine tool used to process long,big diameter and changeable pitch precise multiple threaded socket pipe.The realizable technologic method of the cross feed and the multi-tool cutting multiple thread of the CNC machine tool are the analysis emphases.The engineering application example is also introduced. |
