铸钢冷却壁的铸造工艺

摘    要:铸钢冷却壁作为换代高炉冷却壁,它与铸铁冷却壁相比有着本质上的性能提升.本文说明铸钢冷却壁铸造过程中各工序的要点,并针对冷却壁热面砖槽造型、冷却水管防熔穿措施和浇注过程控制等铸造难点给出多种工艺方案,通过生产实践证明工艺方案的可行性,使生产的铸钢冷却壁质量过关,性能优良,产品合格率达98%以上.
