基于UG软件的五轴数控加工后置处理研究

摘    要:从分析刀轨文件和NC代码的格式入手,找出指令的一一对应关系,弄清诸多从建模到加工过程中的坐标系统,建立5坐标铣削中心坐标转换数学模型,从而实现从刀轨文件提取信息转化为NC代码的算法.最后通过实例验证了该加工中心后置处理技术的正确性.

Abstract:This paper begins with analyzing the cutter location file and the format of NC code,finds out the one to one correspondence of the instructions,clears up many coordinate systems from modeling to machining,builds up the mathematic model of coordinate conversion in the 5-axis milling machining center,achieves the algorithm of converting information from cutter location file to NC code.Finally,it is proved in the real machining example.
