基于快速成型技术的水泵铜叶轮的快速铸造

摘    要:开发了一种墓于快速成型技术的水泵铜叶轮的快速铸造技术,在该铸造工艺中采用了快速成型技术、硅溶胶翻模技术,以及新研制的复合陶瓷型壳和复合陶瓷型芯.从得到的铸件可以看出,利用该工艺铸造的叶轮铸件的尺寸精度和表面光洁度都很高,可满足水泵的使用要求.

Abstract:A rapid casting technology was developed to fabricate water pump copper impeller based on rapid prototype technology.The rapid prototype technology,the silicon sol translating mould technology,and the new developed complex ceramic mould shell and core were used in the rapid casting process.The impellers obtained have high dimensional accuracy and surface finish quality,and can meet the requirement of water pumps.
