铸造法制备表面复合钢基材料

摘    要:为提高低冲击载荷下工作的耐磨件表面硬度,延长耐磨件的使用寿命,采用铸造法制备了低合金钢/ZrO2-Al2O3蜂窝陶瓷复合材料,并研究了不同增强润湿性的方法以及热处理工艺对复合材料界面结合与性能的影响.结果表明:润湿性的改善使复合材料的界面结合强度和冲击韧性都得到提高;当淬火温度达到940℃时,界面结合更加紧密;900℃淬火,230℃回火后,低合金钢基体中加入0.02%Ti的试样界面处显微硬度可达HV 315.7,陶瓷表面镀镍的试样冲击韧性可达9.49J/cm2.表面复合钢基材料可作为一种新型耐磨件材料.

Abstract:In order to improve surface hardness and extend the service life of the wear-resistant parts working under the low impact load,low alloy steel ZrO2-Al2O3 honeycomb ceramic composites were prepared by casting.The interfacial bonding and properties of composites were investigated in different methods of enhanced wettability and heat treatment process.Experiment results indicate that interfacial bonding and toughness are improved due to improvement of wettability.The interface bonds more closely as the quenchi...
